1) How long are shipping times? 

Our shipping times usually vary from 1-3 weeks, however this depends on the specific product you are ordering and which warehouse it is being shipped from. Please double check shipping times on the product description section of your desired item. 

2) What is your return policy? 

Here at Glamourize we have a 30 day return policy for faulty products. This means from the day you receive your order, you then have 30 days to contact us for a return. Due to the nature of beauty products, we cannot accept returns that are not faulty. This is in order to avoid hygiene issues. Your safety and our staff's safety is the most important aspect during COVID-19. We appreciate your understanding of this matter. 

There is no need to send the item back to us, as long as you send us a picture of the problem we will accept this. This is so both yourself and Glamourize can reduce our carbon footprint, which is very important to us. 

3) Can I cancel my order? 

You can cancel your order if you do not receive your item/items in the specific time frame. 

4) What happens if I receive the wrong item? 

If there is an issue with your order - if it is the wrong size, the wrong colour etc, all you need to do is notify us. We will then refund you and send you the correct item. There is no need to send the incorrect order back to us. Simply enjoy it, give it to a friend or donate it to charity! 

5) Do you offer exchanges? 

Unfortunately we do not currently offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you did not get the product you expected; just let us know and we will send you a new one.
